Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date for items that meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Note: Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events are not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

• Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include your order number.
• Return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
• We will strictly reject items with any stains (including make-up and deodorant stains) and/or pet fur 
• For exchanges: If exchanging, your replacement item will be shipped to you once we receive the original item. No refunds will be made.
